By purchasing tickets to the Amara Awards, you acknowledge that attendance and participation are voluntary and at your sole risk, and you agree that the organizers, affiliates, sponsors, venue operators, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, death, damage, delay, cancellation, postponement, program changes, technical failures, force majeure events, non-appearance of nominees, winners, performers or guests, judging outcomes, seating or visibility limitations, red carpet or after-party access restrictions, capacity limits, security incidents, food reactions, parking matters, loss of property, or any other matter related directly or indirectly to the Event.
All programming, appearances, access, awards, prizes, and benefits are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organizers without notice or compensation; all sales are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise; you consent to photography and media use without compensation; and you agree to indemnify and hold the organizers harmless.
All website content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, and the organizers shall not be liable for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, technical issues, or reliance placed upon any information published.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Event shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration in New York, with waiver of jury trial and class or collective actions.
